AWA ‘Change Your Life’ 10 Month Journey
Our unique design has all the ingredients for creating the permanent changes you want to make in your life – face to face training sessions where you learn alongside like-minded women, coaching to keep you on track in between each training session and membership of an on-line community of women to share success stories and give mutual assistance long after the programme has finished.
Lindsey Agness, Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming is the lead trainer with other guests. It is for women who believe in beginnings not endings.

What exactly is included?
You get 10 days of face to face training split into four separate modules spread over a 10 month period with coaching in between each module. Lunches and refreshments are included at each venue. Accommodation, if required, is additional.
The programme is built around Lindsey’s unique concept of the 8 Attitudes of the Successful Mid-Life Woman designed to develop focus, build self-belief, self-esteem, confidence, motivation and strength to do something different – whether that be taking up new interests, making new friends, losing weight, dealing with relationship challenges or whatever else you want to change about your life!
Module One: Wake Up (3 days)
We spend the first three days working with you to assist you to get clarity on your goals and giving you the confidence to go for it! This session is called ‘Wake Up’ as it’s time to decide what you want to create for yourself in your life. This session focuses on the first two Attitudes:
– I live my life on purpose
– I create what I want
This is the start of your journey, designed to bring focus and direction back into your life. You will leave the first session with your own Vision Board to inspire you.
Module 2 – Be You (2 days)
Often mid-life women lose their sense of self as they spend the years focused on caring for others. We use powerful personality profiling tools to explore who you really are and what’s important to you when you are truly being yourself. This session is based around the next two attitudes:
– I know who I am
– I am true to myself
You’ll leave with your own personal mission statement about who you are when you are truly being authentic along with clarity about what this means for your future.
Module 3 – Feel Great (2 days)
This session takes place on retreat where we go there to focus our minds on the next two attitudes:
– I am good enough
– I like myself
This weekend is designed to build self-esteem and self-belief and has a few surprises in store for you including the powerful metaphor of the fire-walk. Whether you choose to walk or just enjoy the experience of others walking you will come away believing that ‘anything is possible’.
Module 4 – Live it (3 days)
This is the session that brings everything together. We show you how to take time for you and to enjoy living in the moment so you can get the best out of your life. We also give you practical financial strategies so you can become more financially independent in future. This session is based around the final two attitudes:
– I take time for me
– I’m certain of my success
We show you how to invest in your future and to how to put goals in your future Time Line so you can be as confident of the future as your can be of the past. You will celebrate having made the changes you set out to achieve and knowing that you are living and loving the second half of your life. You’ll also take away a photograph that shows just how far you’ve come on your Age with Attitude Journey!
